Sometimes we hit a wall. It happens. One day you're flowing, moving and grooving, then the next nothing comes to mind. Creativity has come to a halt. We're guilty of staring out the window, procrastinating, picking up a crossword, or drinking too much coffee. But nothing really seems to kick things into gear. Then, when everything has been exhausted and we sit down the next day, it hits. The library, the bookshelf, good old fashion inspiration behind a hardcover. Why not look at the works of those who we admire? Almost like clockwork, the juices start flowing again. Here's a shortlist of those who we admire and the works we've studied to help us get out of our creative rut. Maybe put on some good music while you're flipping through the pages. That seems to help, too.
